Post Road have their worst fears realized from the solar project (i.e. flooding, etc.), where do they go for relief? Could something be built into the project plans for dealing with this possibility? For example, if sewers and water lines have to be built along S. Post Rd. to offset the problems caused by the project, do the residents have to bear the cost or would the county? What would be West Windsor Township's responsibility for damage to township propertys caused by the solar project?
